Virtual Maple

Hi everyone,

Hope you are all having a good time tucked up at home. Here are a few things that would be useful to do on a daily basis.

  • Click on the website and a slideshow of red words from RWI should come up – Read through them until you reach the end of your RWI book band. https://slideplayer.com/slide/12568648/ Remember – you can’t Fred the red words!

  • Then choose two or three red words to learn to spell. Use pyramid writing, rainbow letters, magnetic letters or any other strategies you know to learn how to spell a red word.

  • Go on Purple Mash – and learn to touch type, teach yourself coding using the sequence of activities - best to start with Chimp, create a story, enjoy the talking stories, paint a picture, design and make a model or do a paint project.

Enjoy! Thinking of you all

All my love

Mrs Mitchell
